Think of coins as your generation budget. Different models cost different amounts — a Kling video might use 5 coins, a Veo 3.1 generation might use 15. Your balance refills monthly on your billing date. Unused coins don't roll over.

What does Unlimited Veo 3.1 mean on the Ultra plan?

On Ultra Yearly ($27/month billed annually), Veo 3.1 doesn't touch your coin balance. Generate as many as you want — no caps, no throttling. Your 1,400 monthly coins stay available for Sora, Kling, Hailuo, and everything else.

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied?

Yearly plans have a 7-day money-back guarantee. Email support@muvi.video within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime — you keep access until the end of your billing period.

Can I use generated videos for commercial purposes?

Every paid plan includes a commercial license. Ads, social content, client work, e-commerce listings, presentations — no restrictions. The Free plan doesn't include commercial rights.

Do you offer team or enterprise pricing?

For teams of 5+, we do custom Enterprise plans — volume discounts, centralized billing, shared coin pools, API access, and a dedicated account manager. Check the Enterprise page or email sales@muvi.video.

Can I switch plans or change billing frequency?

Anytime, from your account settings. Upgrades kick in immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect when your current period ends. Switch to Ultra Yearly and you get unlimited Veo 3.1 the same day.
